Act now! Supplies limited! Seriously though, the 1-on-1 training often gets temporarily removed depending on my availability. If you want to work together, we can discuss timelines and whether it’s a good fit by scheduling a call.

It's often far more than the cost of the courses, but depends on your needs. You can schedule a call to discuss availability, the scope of evaluation, and whether it'd be a good fit.

You should already have a specific deal you're sure you'd like to analyze along with documentation before scheduling a call. If so, head over here to schedule a quick free consultation: Free Consultation
There are some typical timelines to be aware of:
Email responses: 24-48 hours (rarely less than 24 hours, never more than 48 hours)
Scheduling short Clarity calls: 24-48 hours
Average time for evaluation based on course methods: 5-10 days
Average time for route transfer after agreed upon offer: 6-12 weeks
No. If you don’t understand routes enough to talk to those parties, then we need to work on that. You need to understand routes well to feel comfortable asking questions on your own. I can teach you good questions to ask, but I can't ask the questions for you. If you end up buying routes you didn't understand enough to ask questions on your own, the results will be bad for you.
No, but it’s typically not needed. Most reasonable NDAs only do 2 things. One part protects brokers so they get their commission for aiding the sale. The other part says who you can share documentation with. Most NDAs allow you to share info with people directly involved with your evaluation. That means posting private data on a facebook group or forum to random people is NOT allowed. In contrast, it's ok to share docs with your CPA, spouse, business partner, attorney, and adviser. All NDAs are different. So read what you’re signing (or consult an attorney). I am not an attorney. I’ve yet to see a legitimate broker that has an NDA that prevents you from conferring with your team to make a decision.
We can discuss what this may entail. Usually you'll understand my methods once you see me evaluate a deal. Then you can use the same process to evaluate other deals on your own.
This doesn’t help you if I tell you my “thoughts.” This question usually stems from some people wanting me to spit out “good route” or “bad route” like a magic oracle. If there is documentation that doesn’t make sense to you, we can spend time making sure you understand it. The goal is always to get you to the point of being able to evaluate a route yourself. We want to look at the documentation you've got so you understand exactly what I'm looking for. It's even more important to know why I'm looking at it.
This service is about training you to understand core concepts of route ownership. I’m not a lawyer, don’t write/approve contracts, and give no “approvals” whatsoever. You're responsible for the decisions you make using the info shared on this site / service. My goal is to provide info so you’re aided in determining for yourself if you have the time / skill to be successful. But only you can make that determination. If you need guarantees on the future, this service (as well as business ownership) may not be what you’re looking for.
No. The Advanced Course shows all the strategies I use. There is still value in having a 2nd pair of eyes on your deal to see if something got missed. The course does as good of a job as possible and it's often all that people need for most evaluations. But there's undoubtedly value in having me personally analyze a deal with you.
Yes. We don't play the game where they switch last minute who you're working with that other consultants play. You'll be working with Tony DiNitto personally, not some inexperienced "team member."

I am not an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or currently affiliated with FedEx corporate in any way.

I make no “recommendations,” and give no “approvals,” nor know your personal situation to advise whether routes are a good fit for you.

The information you obtain here should augment, not replace, your own decision making abilities. It is not intended to be personalized advice whatsoever.

Information is presented as truly and accurately as possible and based around actual experience in the route industry, but shouldn’t be misconstrued as infallible and/or somehow completely without error.

Most importantly, business ownership is risky even with the best due diligence process ever. People that can’t accept risk and responsibility should NOT purchase any service here.
